Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay in Ukraine. The hotel's cleanliness and beautiful appearance were impressive. The location was ideal, and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food and wine. The staff at the front desk were fantastic and spoke English fluently. I especially appreciated their assistance with transportation arrangements. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ukraine.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, right next to the drama theatre square and Maidan. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have a large, nice bathroom. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast has plenty of options and the coffee is excellent. The hotel has a conference hall that can accommodate up to 60 people, and an Irish Pub in the basement which is loved by many guests.

The hotel lacks a business center, which might be inconvenient for some guests who need a computer station.

The breakfast was good and there were lots of different options to choose from. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect – right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. What I particularly liked was the beautiful view we had from our room of the opera house.

There were some issues during our stay. the first room we were given was not great – the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the bed had been arranged in a way that made it difficult to use the desk chair.

Great location, huge and clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Helpful and accommodating staff, excellent food in the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that the town has to offer. It is just a short walk from the central bus station, and the central market is only two blocks away. You'll find plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.

We went on a romantic escape and we really enjoyed the clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The restaurant was really tasty, with a great atmosphere and good wine. It was also conveniently located in the city center, close to the main attractions and transportation.

The staff was really disappointing. Some of them were rude and acted like we should know what to do in the hotel.

We loved the central location on the drama theatre square and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel facilities were very impressive and we appreciated the parking availability. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't stay longer.
